I am a registered psychologist and I have been counselling (since 2006) and providing therapy, mental health assessment, and consultation (since I was registered in 2013).  My clientele includes individuals of all ages who are challenged with anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, ADHD, high stress, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, anger, grief/loss, and self-esteem issues.  Childhood trauma, Borderline Personality disorder, and Bipolar disorder are areas I have worked in extensively and I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy.
